COPYRIGHT: All photographs taken by photographer are Jan Perreault Photography's property, will remain Jan Perreault Photography property and are protected by Canada's Copyright Laws. Clients hereby waives any claims for ownership,income,editorial control and use of the images. Violators of this law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Clients agrees that he/she may not use any of Jan Perreault Photography's images for commercial or editorial putposes, and /or enter any of Jan Perreault Photography's images with out the express written permission of Jan Perreault Photography.

MODEL RELEASE: This contract serves as a model release giving the Photographer the irrevocable right to use the Photographs in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose. The Photographer can grant use of the images to a third party and all compensations for use and credit for the images remain the property of Jan Perreault Photography. Client waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s),finished version)s) incorporating the photograph(s), or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in the connection therewith.
